1. Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains exactly what data Gen AI Video Generator collects, how we collect it, how it is used, and which third parties receive your data.

1.1 Data We Collect and How We Collect It

When you use Gen AI Video Generator, you may provide the following data through your direct interaction with the app:

Text prompts: Text descriptions and instructions you type into the app to generate AI content (images, videos).
Images: Photos and images you upload from your device's photo library or camera for AI processing (e.g., image-to-video generation, face swap, style transfer).
Facial and biometric data: If you upload images containing faces, the facial features within those images are processed as part of AI content generation.

1.2 How Your Data Is Used

AI Content Generation: Your text prompts and uploaded images are sent to third-party AI API platforms (listed in Section 1.5 below) to generate the content you request (images, videos, etc.).
Service Operation: Anonymized analytics, crash reports, and device-level identifiers are used for app performance monitoring, user-experience improvements, subscription management, in-app advertising, and advertising measurement (campaign attribution).
No Use of Your Content for Advertising: Your uploaded images, text prompts, and AI-generated outputs are never used for advertising targeting, profiling, or training AI models. Only device-level identifiers and aggregated purchase events are shared with advertising partners.
No Training: CoreMoose does not use your prompts or uploaded content to train AI models.

1.3 Analytics, Advertising, and SDK Data Collection

The Application integrates the following third-party SDKs that may collect device-level identifiers and usage data:

Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics (Google): Collects anonymized usage data, app interactions, crash reports, and general usage statistics to improve app performance. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Google AdMob: Displays in-app advertisements (banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads). AdMob may collect the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), device information, IP address, and approximate location to deliver and measure ads. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
Meta SDK (Facebook): Used for ad measurement and attribution. Collects device identifiers, app event data, IP address, and general device information (OS version, device model). Purchase and subscription events are forwarded server-side to Meta via the Conversions API to measure campaign effectiveness. Apple Search Ads (AdServices): Used to attribute installs to Apple Search Ads campaigns. An attribution token is collected at first launch and exchanged with Apple's first-party attribution service. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
RevenueCat: Manages in-app purchases and subscriptions, and forwards anonymized purchase events together with attribution identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, IP address, Firebase App Instance ID, Facebook Anonymous ID, ATT consent status) to the advertising platforms listed above. App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On iOS 14.5+ devices, the Application displays Apple's standard tracking permission prompt before collecting your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for ad measurement and attribution. You may decline this request, and the Application will continue to function — however, the relevance of ads and the accuracy of attribution data may be reduced. You can change your decision at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

1.4 Data Storage and Retention

Generated Content: Generated content (images, videos) may be stored in cloud services accessible only by you until you choose to delete them.
User-Controlled Deletion: You can delete your uploaded images and generated content at any time through the app interface.
Permanent Deletion: Once deleted by the user, data cannot be recovered and is permanently removed from our systems.
Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and our servers, and between our servers and third-party AI providers, is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data during the processing period.

1.5 Data Shared with Third-Party Services

What Data Is Sent

When you use an AI generation feature, the following data is transmitted to third-party AI API platforms:

Text prompts you enter to describe the content you want to generate.
Images you upload, which may include photographs containing facial features, biometric identifiers, or other personal visual information.

No other personal data (such as your name, email, device ID, or location) is sent to these providers.

Who Your Data Is Sent To

Your prompts and uploaded images are sent only to:

Replicate, Inc.: Cloud platform that hosts and runs AI models via API. Your text prompts and images are sent to Replicate's servers for AI processing. Privacy Policy

Separately, the analytics, advertising, and subscription SDKs listed in Section 1.3 above receive their respective data (device identifiers, app events, purchase events). These SDKs do not receive your prompts, uploaded images, or generated content.

User Permission Before Data Sharing

Before any data is sent to a third-party AI service, our app will present a clear consent prompt asking for your explicit permission. You will be informed of:

What data will be sent (text prompt, uploaded image, etc.)
Which third-party AI service will process your data
The purpose of the data sharing (AI content generation)

You may decline this consent, in which case your data will not be sent and the AI generation feature will not proceed. You can revoke consent at any time by ceasing to use the feature.

Third-Party Data Protection

We require that each third-party platform we work with maintains privacy and security protections for user data. These platforms are obligated to:

Process your data only for the purpose of fulfilling the request.
Implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.
Not sell your personal data to other parties.

1.6 Children's Privacy

The app is intended for users aged 17 and above.
We do not knowingly collect any information from users under 17.
Users must not upload images containing faces of individuals under 18 without appropriate parental consent and authorization.

1.7 Your Rights and Choices

Consent Control: You have the right to grant or deny permission before any data is shared with third-party AI services. No data is shared without your explicit consent.
Deletion Rights: You can delete uploaded images and generated content at any time through the app interface.
Opt-Out: You may choose not to use AI generation features, in which case no data will be sent to third-party services.
Device Permissions: You may revoke photo library or camera permissions at any time through your device settings.
App Removal: You can delete the app at any time, which removes all locally stored data.

1.8 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting within the app.
If we add new third-party platforms, we will update Section 1.5 of this policy.

1.9 Your Consent

By using Gen AI Video Generator, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Before data is shared with any third-party AI service, you will be asked for explicit consent within the app.
By uploading images containing facial data, you provide explicit consent for processing such biometric information solely for AI content generation purposes.

2. Refund and Purchase Policy

2.1 Purchases, Credits, and Subscriptions

Credits: In-app purchased credits are used to generate AI videos. Credit consumption depends on the specific video generation requirements. Multiple credit packages are available at different prices.
Subscriptions: The Application offers auto-renewing subscriptions that provide ongoing access to premium features and a recurring credit allowance. The exact title, duration, and price of each subscription are disclosed in the App Store before purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase and each renewal.
Managing Subscriptions: You can view, manage, or cancel subscriptions at any time via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

2.2 Refund Policy

Credits: Since AI video generation is a digital content service, credits used after purchase are non-refundable.
Subscriptions: Unused subscription periods are non-refundable from CoreMoose. Refund requests for subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store Terms and Conditions. You may request a refund directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Technical Issues: If credits are not credited or are consumed abnormally due to a technical issue, please contact customer support promptly.
Abuse: We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse or fraudulent activity.

2.3 Avoiding Unwanted Charges

Please check your credit balance and purchase needs carefully to avoid duplicate purchases.
We recommend trying the free daily credits and trial features in the app before making large purchases.
